A small child has died suddenly in a daycare center in the city of Maryborough in Queensland.
It is understood emergency services were called to the center of the Wide Bay region on Wednesday afternoon.
The boy had died suddenly, but circumstances were not suspicious, police said.

However, police confirmed that they are investigating the death and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
Police did not say if the boy had suffered a medical episode.
