Several police vehicles are at the scene and police have closed McNabb Street and Pentagon Street.
Palace Drive and Princess Crescent have also been blocked.
Several people were handcuffed to the front lawn of a residence on Island 400 on Placid Avenue.
An armored ballistic truck and a K-9 unit were at the scene and police had their weapons removed.
