Abortion providers in several states across the country stopped services following the Supreme Court’s decision to revoke Roe v. Wade, while supporters and opponents began to focus on pill-based abortions and how the new restrictions would be applied.
Clinics in several states, including Texas, Wisconsin and Kentucky, stopped offering services on Friday. Providers from other states, such as North Dakota and Idaho, were moving forward with services before more state bans went into effect, usually within days or weeks.
