The federal government is warning drivers of alternate lane closures on the Burlington Canal Lift from Tuesday to Friday due to maintenance work.
Every day, between 9 am and 3 pm, one or two lanes will be closed alternately.
One lane in each direction will be kept open. Motorists should expect brief delays.

Pedestrian and maritime traffic will not be affected, but Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is calling for caution for those hoping to use the route between May 24 and 27.
