Police are investigating after a man was found in medical condition on a road in southeast Calgary and then died at the hospital.
Emergency crews were called to the 1700 block of 35 SE Street in Southview around 5:10 a.m. Wednesday morning.
EMS transferred the man to the hospital, where he later died.
Police remain at the scene as they try to determine how the man got on the road and what caused his death.
No further details have been given.
Police said 35th Street from 17th Avenue to 19th Avenue will remain closed for several hours while the investigation continues.
