Apple WWDC 2022 is set to announce iOS 16 tomorrow. What benefits should iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 users expect from this? Find out here.
iOS 16 will make its big appearance tomorrow at the Apple WWDC 2022 event! There may be a lot of announcements you can expect in relation to MacBooks, iPads, and more, but it will be iOS 16, the next major software update from Apple, that will be the focus during WWDC 2022. And with the entry from iOS 16, iPhones will have a new look and new features. All the latest iPhones, including iPhone 13, iPhone 12, iPhone SE 3 and some of the older ones, will receive the latest iOS 16 update soon.
But what will iOS 16 bring to these iPhones? Will it add something new to the features already available with iOS 15? Or, will there be a whole new experience? Of course, there are many questions! Well, thanks to leaks and rumors that have already shared a view of iOS 16 before its official announcement, here are the gifts that the new iOS 16 can bring for iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 users.
What will iOS 16 bring to iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 users?
We will not have the full picture, of course, until Apple offers its official views of the WWDC 2022 event. However, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has managed to give a rough idea of what iOS 16 can change for users of iPhone. And if you use iPhone 13 and iPhone 12, your iPhone is definitely on the list for a new iOS 16 experience. Leakage suggests that with iOS 16, Apple iPhone 13, iPhone 12 and most other iPhone users will have several new features and updates. However, the iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, and 1st generation iPhone SE will not be able to access this update.
Apple is expected to update the dashboard to iOS 16, and new lock screen wallpapers are expected to have widget-like capabilities. However, how these widgets will look like a lock screen widget is still a secret. Gurman also suggested some important updates to the Health app as well as the Messages app.
Interestingly, it is rumored that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a display function always active with iOS 16. But it is still unknown whether the iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 will succeed or not.
So, things are looking exciting, and to find out exactly what Apple has released, be sure to tune in to our live blog on June 6th.
