New Delhi: In times of hybrid learning, Apple’s annual educational offering was launched at its online store in India, where those who buy a Mac or iPad suitable for college or the university will get a free AirPods along with six months of free Apple Music. The “Back to School” offer is available to current and newly accepted college or university students, parents who buy them, and teachers and staff at all levels, and is available in the special education section of Apple Store Online, the company announced. Eligible customers can also protect their purchase with a 20% discount on Apple Care +, the company said in a statement. “Back to school” offer: see important dates, other benefits
The offer is available from June 24 to September 22, 2022. Eligible devices are the 5th generation iPad Air, the 3rd generation 11-inch iPad Pro, and the 5th generation 12.9-inch iPad Air. Customers can upgrade to AirPods Gen 3 for Rs 6,400 and AirPods Pro for Rs 12,200. With the educational discount, MacBook Air (M1) starts from 89,900 rupees, while MacBook Air (M2) starts from 109,900 rupees. The 13-inch MacBook Pro starts at 119,900 rupees and the 14-inch MacBook Pro starts at 175,410 rupees. The iPad Air starts from 50,780 rupees and the iPad Pro starts from 68,300 rupees with the educational discount.
