NEW ORLEANS – Authorities have arrested one of four people wanted in the shooting last month of a student’s grandmother in front of a graduation ceremony at New Orleans High School held at a university local.
Brandon Rock, 18, made his first court appearance on Saturday. Prison records show he was arrested Friday for manslaughter and illegally carrying a weapon on school property, WVUE-TV reported. Orleans Parish Magistrate Commissioner Robert Blackburn set $ 750,000 bail, the station reported.
