In his column for the Daily Star Merson wrote: “Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is the player I would like to be.

Nuremberg was the dominant force in German football in the 1920s, but is now preparing for its fourth consecutive season in the second tier of the German league.

In a statement posted on Twitter, Wilshere thanked his family, friends, former coaches and fans after deciding to leave.

Arteta proves she still has it
Mikel Arteta proved that he still has a great time with an impressive ability during one of Arsenal’s pre-season training sessions.
The Gunners have been in Germany for the past few days preparing for their first pre-season game against Nuremberg this afternoon.
And the former midfielder proved he still has a hellish first touch during a workout.
Arteta reminded Arsenal fans of his silky skills with a delicious touch and activated the edge of the box that left player Martin Odegaard dead.

“However, after having had time to reflect and talk to those closest to me, I know that now is the right time and, despite the difficult times, I look back on my career with great pride for what I have achieved.
“Playing at the highest level with some of the best players in the world, winning the FA Cup, captaining my club and representing my country went beyond my wildest dreams when I was a little boy growing up in Hitchin.
“I feel very fortunate to have had the career I had, but none of that would have been possible if it hadn’t been for the love and support of so many people.”

Wilshere revealed the next work
Former Arsenal ace Jack Wilshere will return to his former club as head coach of the Under-18s.
Athletic’s David Ornstein reports that the appointment is materializing and that the 30-year-old’s rebounding staff is taking shape.
Wilshere will be assisted by Adam Birchall and Julian Gray.
