No love is lost between the two bad guys in the Down Under sport while Tomic incited his compatriot, which caused Kyrgios to give a service to Queenslander.

Responding on Instagram last weekend to a fan who claimed that Tomic was better than Kyrgios, the Canberra native replied: “Better how? I have a higher career (ranking). More money, more victories and always coming back that can.
“It’s time for BT to shut up. I don’t even play anymore. I have years left.”
Tomic posted screenshots of those quotes in his Instagram story on Wednesday night, then posted videos of himself mocking Kyrgios.
“The only logical explanation is that I’m his idol,” Tomic said. “It simply came to our notice then.
“That’s why every time someone mentions my name, they put it under their skin.
“He knows he can’t rewrite history. The records I set when I was 16, 17, 18 and 19: Wimbledon’s fourth youngest finalist (since Boris Becker), the biggest tournament in the world.
“He knows he can’t change that, he can’t rewrite that and he’d love to shut up if he could, he knows he can’t.
“He knows my style dominates his and he knows he will lose.”

Kyrgios then took to Instagram to share some of his own ideas.
“HAHA TOMIC, let’s not forget the time I paid for your flight home from Shanghai because you had no money,” Kyrgios wrote.
“Hahahaha rewrite history, you’re Australia’s HATEST athlete.
“You’re right, no one can take care of it.”
Kyrgios then posted a screenshot of Tomic’s recent results, adding: “Bernard, I didn’t realize it was so bad. Now I feel bad.
“Hit me if you need me to help you remember how to play. Geezus.”

Tomic, 29, has been in the tennis desert for years before revealing in December that his return to the court was being taken seriously. But its ranking is still at a low 418 in the world.
In 2022 he has been playing in the second tier of the Challenger Tour, instead of the first tier ATP Tour, and has failed to make it past the second round of any event.
Tomic and Kyrgios have clashed before. Last year Kyrgios was outraged on social media and wrote: “Today I was compared to Bernard Tomic and I have never felt more insulted.
“Do you have a base? @nkfoundation: Are you successful?
“Did he raise money for the forest fires? He is a disgusting man.
“Investigate, and I’m not fucking anyone who does OnlyFans.
“Oh, and for success (I won the big 4).”
In December, Tomic said he was better than Kyrgios at his best, and sparked another response from the 27-year-old.
“I’m probably one of the only tennis people in Australia who has defended him several times,” Kyrgios said. Sydney Morning Herald at the time. “I’ve done things for him, my family, my brother has done things for him.”
