Bam Margera has disappeared from a rehab center in Florida for the second time in two weeks, Page Six can confirm.
The 42-year-old “Jackass” star was last seen in the area around the LifeSkills residential facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Saturday at 5:30 p.m., a spokesman for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
The public information officer says Margera was wearing “a black shirt, black tracksuit pants and black sneakers at the time.”
“Anyone with information about their whereabouts should contact BSO Detective Chris Blankenship at 954-321-4268 or the BSO’s non-emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).”
LifeSkills staff did not confirm to Page Six if Margera was patient there and did not immediately return requests for comments about the sudden departure of the MTV student.
In recent months, Margera has been housed in rehab centers following a court order.
Police officers responded to an emotional disturbance call at the Don CeSar Hotel in St. Louis. Pete Beach, Florida, where the former skater was staying, in September 2021.
After finding that Margera had a legal order against him that required police to take him to rehab, he was taken to a nearby facility.

A month later, Page Six exclusively got a call to 911 revealing that the “Viva La Bam” student allegedly attacked a woman while taking cocaine during the incident. His representatives at the time denied the allegations made in the call.
Since then, Margera seemed to be getting back on track as she settled a major lawsuit with Johnny Knoxville and the rest of the “Jackass” team and stayed relatively low for a while.
However, earlier this month, the father of a child was reported missing for the first time after leaving a rehab center in Delray Beach, Florida, without permission on June 13.
The acrobatics allegedly told the facility manager his plans to leave the premises and register at a different rehab center, but police were unable to locate him.
Then, on June 15, La Margera was found safe while hiding in a Florida hotel room.
Sources told TMZ that the “Bam’s Unholy Union” student was sober and cooperative when police picked him up and took him to a second treatment center, which is the facility he recently escaped from. .

Then, amid information that had “disappeared,” the television personality posted photos on Instagram of tattoos that had been done of Kat Von D.
