A Super Sunday headlines the final round of the season after the AFL closed round 23 play on Tuesday.
With the season tipped to go down to the wire, the AFL has moved to ensure the make-up of the ladder comes down to the final day of the year.
Brisbane-Melbourne will open Round 23 on Friday night, while Essendon-Richmond target the MCG on Saturday.
But the main action is reserved for the final day of the season, with Sunday’s three games set to shape the eight.
Hawthorn v Western Bulldogs kicks off at 1.10pm, with Carlton v Collingwood at the MCG from 3.20pm in front of what should be a bumper crowd.
St Kilda will face Sydney at 4:40 in the final game of the season, which will likely decide the final eight line-up.
