A professional boxer and member of the Mongolian motorcycle gang struggles for life after being shot on the scales while leaving a funeral in Melbourne.
Sam Abdulrahim, known as “The Punisher”, was shot in the chest at least three times at 12 tonight after attending the funeral at Fawkner Cemetery in north Melbourne.
Police say people inside a Mazda SUV shot at Abdulrahim’s Mercedes before fleeing the scene.
Then the criminals crashed into a stick.

“The offending car fled, crashing into a fire hydrant and a stick on Box Forest Road, near Sydney Road,” Victoria police said.
“The occupants got out of the damaged vehicle and took a car to nearby Ford territory before leaving.”
Police said a driver and a small child were in Ford territory at the time, but were not injured during the clash.

Abdulrahim was driven to a police station and taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital in critical condition.
Fawkner resident Danny Perini said it was shocking that the incident occurred so close to home.
“A friend walked by and said there was a bit of a commotion at the police station,” he said.
“There was a shooting here. That car has a couple of holes in the window.
“It’s a little worrying considering we only live 500 meters away.”
Victoria police confirmed that detectives from the Armed Crimes Squadron are investigating the incident and searching for the perpetrators.
Police confirmed the shooting was a targeted attack.
Those who have CCTV footage of the incident or who have witnessed anything related to the shooting are asked to contact police.
