Sam Asghari won’t get much, if any, from Britney Spears if things go south between the bride and groom.
“Britney and Sam signed a prenuptial agreement in their favor,” a source told Page Six. “All the money he earned before the wedding is protected.”
And it was all Spears’ idea.
Page Six previously reported that it had commissioned its attorney, Mathew Rosengart, to hire a family lawyer to prepare the settlement.
At the time, Spears and Rosengart, a former federal prosecutor, expressed in court documents that they were concerned that their separated father, Jamie Spears, was slowing down their plan, as Jamie was still the custodian of Britney’s multimillion-dollar property at the time.
But Jamie, 69, was suspended days later and the 13-year-old conservation of the pop icon was completed in November 2021.

After Britney, 40, and Asghari, 28, got engaged in September 2021, many fans wondered what would happen to their money if they ever divorced.
In the middle of the talk, the personal trainer turned actor joked in his Instagram story: “Of course we’re getting [an] iron-coated prenuptial to protect my jeep and my shoe collection [sic] she leaves me one day. “
Britney and Asghari got married last Thursday in the backyard of their mansion in Thousand Oaks, California.

The couple was accompanied by List A celebrities such as Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton and Drew Barrymore, who partyed by their side all night.
Britney’s parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, and her younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, were not present during the wedding. His sons, Sean Preston, 16, and James Jayden, 15, also missed the celebration.
Apparently, her brother, Bryan Spears, was invited, but she decided to skip the ceremony because her daughter was graduating from elementary school that same day. Bryan, 45, shares Lexie, 11, with ex-wife Graciella Sanchez.

“The two ceremonies were at about the same time,” an exclusive source told Page Six. “Bryan couldn’t be in two places at once and didn’t want to disappoint Lexie running to a wedding right after her transfer ceremony, where she gave a special speech. She wanted to be there to celebrate her baby girl.”
But that wasn’t the only bitter note during Britney’s big day, which was almost ruined after her first husband, Jason Alexander, was arrested outside her home for trying to break up the wedding.
While on Instagram Live, 40-year-old Alexander showed up inside his ex-wife’s house and even took a look inside the wedding tent before being caught by security.

Alexander claimed that Britney had invited him before threatening to block the wedding. Before the end of the Live, there was a physical struggle between Alexander and security.
Ventura County police officers responded to the scene and made the arrest.
“Jason Alexander has been handcuffed, arrested and arrested. I express my gratitude to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for their prompt response and good work,” Rosengart told Page Six exclusively. “I am working closely with law enforcement to ensure that Mr. Alexander is prosecuted aggressively to the fullest extent of the law.”

A source told Page Six that Britney was “shocked” but refused to let the incident “bring her down”.
She and Alexander were married just 55 hours after being hooked up in Las Vegas in 2004.
Months later, the Grammy winner married support dancer Kevin Federline. They divorced in 2007 and share Preston and Jayden.
