When Britney Spears’ ex-husband Jason Allen Alexander crashed into her marriage to Sam Asghari, broke into her home and tried to enter her locked bedroom, one of her security guards said Monday. At a preliminary hearing on Alexander’s criminal harassment case, the guard told the court he had followed Alexander upstairs, according to Rolling Stone. Realizing the door was closed, Alexander “began to put his hand in his right pocket,” Richard Eubeler said. “I pulled out my gun and grabbed it in my chest.” A sheriff’s deputy testified the same day that he had found a “Gerber folding box cutter” in Alexander, who, he added, had been caught hiding on Spears’ property twice before the wedding. Another agent told Judge David Worley that his agent had found Spears “dismayed, crying, trembling. [and] in panic ”. Ignoring a defense attorney’s attempt to reduce Alexander’s felony charge, Worley found a probable cause to sue Spears’ ex-husband, with whom she was married for 55 hours in 2004.
