Buckingham Palace faces questions about why it will not reveal more about the findings of an investigation into allegations of school harassment made against the Duchess of Sussex.
The palace has confirmed that a private investigation into the complaints Meghan had harassed staff members had concluded, claims she has always denied.
He confirmed that the review had looked at how palace staff had handled the complaints instead of scrutinizing the details of the allegations.
But after revealing that human resources policies had improved as a result, he refused to make public the details of the changes or conclusions.
A senior palace source said: “Due to the confidentiality of the discussions, we have not communicated the detailed recommendations. The recommendations have been incorporated into the policies and procedures whenever necessary and the policies and procedures have changed.
“So all staff members, all members of the royal family will be aware of what the policies and procedures are, the policies and procedures reviewed.”

Learn more about the Duchess of Sussex
Buckingham Palace began the investigation in March 2021, after it was alleged that Meghan kicked out two personal assistants and the staff was “humiliated” on several occasions.
The duchess’s lawyers denied the allegations when they were made. Current and former staff were expected to be invited to talk about their work experiences for Meghan.

Sky News understands that only a very limited number of people were interviewed as part of the process. Archewell, the Sussex charity and organization, did not confirm whether the Duchess had been asked to be involved or had been informed of the recommendations.
The investigation was conducted by a law firm and privately funded, designed by a senior member of the royal family. The palace had suggested that any changes in the recommended policies or procedures would be shared in the sovereign grant report.
Although there is an extensive human resources and “Staff Report” section in the annual accounts, it is unclear whether any of the procedures listed have changed as a result of the investigation.
It sets out the policy of concern in the work of the royal house that encourages people to raise any concerns they may have about the conduct of others and sets out how problems can be issued, with the policy accessible to staff on the intranet, known as Coronet.
