The local restaurant published in Main (read our review here) ranked first in the list of the 100 best restaurants in the country for 2022. This year’s list marks the first post-pandemic meeting of the team’s best restaurants of Canada’s Top 100, which pushed for the modification of some of the jury’s rules.
“In the past, we have always asked our judges to vote for the complete gastronomic experience: service, decoration, the depth of the winery and, above all, the quality of the food. This time, to expand the class of restaurants we recognize, we asked our judges to simply vote for a good meal wherever they found it. In addition, to help match the playing field between those restaurants in cities that were completely blocked while others were open for business, we told the judges that they were free to assess the quality of the restaurant based on the takeaway food “, according to the website.
