It looks like it won’t exactly be a family affair at Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s wedding in Georgia this weekend. Justice League star Casey Affleck’s brother was spotted grabbing drinks at a Starbucks in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 20, the day the superstar couple is expected to exchange vows at the Ben’s sprawling Riceboro estate, according to video captured by TMZ.

In the clip, Casey is seen leaving the store and looks worried about the coffee as she is asked why she is missing her brother’s big day. Casey mumbles something back, but his words are slurred, and he continues to get into his car without answering another question.
Although Casey and Ben have had a close sibling bond in the past and many fans were hoping to see the Manchester By The Sea star in attendance at Bennifer 2.0’s nuptials, the brothers haven’t been photographed together lately. A source close to Casey’s girlfriend Caylee Cowan EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife that the Affleck brothers have a “fractured relationship” and that’s one of the reasons Casey is walking away from the wedding.
“Ben and Casey have a fractured relationship and have been that way for many years,” the source explained. “They don’t see many things on the same page. The truth is, Casey wasn’t at Bennifer’s epic 3-day show, and he refused to go to her wedding. It’s not that he’s not happy for them, because he is. But he doesn’t think that’s necessary and he didn’t want to be a part of it.”

While Casey may not be attending the celebrity wedding of the year, her and Ben’s mom Chris Anne Boldt was one of the first guests to arrive. Ben was even by her side as she was rushed to hospital and received stitches on Friday after she fell off a pier at Georgie’s property and injured her leg. HollywoodLife’s source added that Chris tried to patch things up between her two sons “in time for the wedding.” However, Casey “didn’t budge.”

Meanwhile, this will be Ben and Jennifer’s second wedding. Before the big Georgia wedding, the superstar couple made it official by registering for a marriage license in Clark County, NV on Saturday, July 16. According to the licensing filing obtained by Hollywoodlife (below), Jennifer takes Ben’s last name as she is listed as “Jennifer Affleck.” The “Waiting For Tonight” hitmaker then went into full detail in her On the JLo newsletter, adding: “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient . Twenty-year-old patient.”

Jennifer and Ben have a love story forever. The iconic couple’s romance began while they were both working on the film Gigli in 2002. Soon after, they went public with their relationship. “We met at a couple of parties.
