She concluded: “I’m sad to have lost this case. But I’m even sadder because he seems to have lost a right he thought he had as an American: to speak freely and openly.”
Johnny has not been to court today, as he has been in the UK on tour with Jeff Beck, with ex-girlfriend Kate Moss accompanying him for last night’s performance.
