However, as we know, Kim and Pete flourished in much more. Weeks later, the two were holding hands in public and the rest, as they say, is history.
In the episode, Kim explained why she initially hesitated to share details about her relationship with Pete, especially on camera.
“I feel like I’d really like to be sure and not say ‘my God, I met someone and I’m having fun’ and then start talking about it on a show,” Kim revealed. “Then if we didn’t talk months later, he’d be an idiot. Or a bitch, whatever.”
