The Tesla billionaire reportedly had twins late last year with one of his company’s top executives, just weeks before his second child was born to Grimes.
Elon Musk silently welcomed the twins with another woman, one of his top executives, late last year, according to a new Business Insider report.
According to court documents obtained by the point of sale, the Tesla tycoon extended his family with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis in November 2021.
Business Insider reports that Musk, 51, and Zilis, 36, filed a petition to change the names of the twins in order to “have their father’s surname and contain their mother’s surname as part of their middle name.” .

The order was passed by a judge in Austin, Texas, in May, although the children’s names are still unknown.
Zilis and a Musk representative did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Per Business Insiderthe twins were born a few weeks before Musk and now-ex-girlfriend Grimes welcomed their second child, a girl named Exa Dark Sideræl, as a surrogate in December 2021.
They also share a two-year-old son X Æ A-Xii.
Musk’s two sons with Grimes join his other five living children: Griffin, Vivian Jenna, Kai, Saxon and Damian.
Musk, who is currently dating Britney Ever After Australian actress Natasha Bassett shares her extra children with ex-wife Justine Wilson.
After marrying in January 2000, he and the Canadian author welcomed their Nevada son Alexander Musk in 2002. Nevada tragically died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or SIDS, at just 10 weeks old. .
Musk explained his approach to parenting in 2020 New York News interview, admitting that he does not play a prominent role in the lives of his children when they are young.
“Right now I can’t do much. Grimes plays a much more important role than I do right now,” he said of his then-partner.
“As the child gets older, there will be more role for me,” he explained at the time. “I think I’m just doing what I’ve done with my other kids.”
Zilis works for Neuralink Corporation, a neurotechnology company that develops implantable brain-machine interfaces, which was co-founded by Musk in 2016.
After Grimes welcomed the couple’s girl, he explained their intermittent relationship in a rare interview in March: “There’s no real word for that.
“I would probably refer to him as my boyfriend, but we’re very fluid. We live in separate houses. We’re best friends. We see each other all the time …. We just have our own and I don’t expect other people to understand.
“This is the best thing that has ever been … We just have to be free.”
