Tottenham may have to call in a talented teammate if they want to convince Everton to break up with Anthony Gordon this summer. The Spurs’ interest has been reported in recent weeks, but with Newcastle United now also in action, an attractive exchange deal may be needed to beat the Magpies. Express Sport analyzes four players who might like Frank Lampard …
Harry winks
Everton’s interest in Winks was reported by Sky Sports, among others, as Lampard watched the former England international strengthen his ranks in midfield. The Spurs were supposed to be willing to include Winks as part of their deal for Richarlison, but the Toffees strictly needed cash and decided to push for a maximum fee.
With their more stable financial situation after taking advantage of Richarlison, the Toffees may soon have the idea of facing Winks again before the new season. Antonio Conte has already signed two new midfielders during his first 12 months at work, with Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur on the verge of leaving Winks without playing time in north London.

Lucas Moura
The arrival of Dejan Kulusevski in January has made life difficult for the Brazilian, and a deal for Anthony Gordon could only increase competition for a few minutes. The Spurs are said to be keen to keep Moura to see the final year of their contract, with rotation options needed in cup competitions and the Champions League.
But losing him to help fatten the wheels for Gordon could be considered a necessary evil for Conte, who needs local players to meet team rules. Moura has the pace and deception to delight Goodison Park fans, but his goal threat has often left much to be desired, with only five in his name during the last two Premier League campaigns.
Bryan Gil
What better way for Everton to deal with the possible departure of a young and exciting extreme by immediately welcoming another exciting and young extreme. Bryan Gil came to the Spurs with a great reputation after leveling up with Sevilla, but has yet to be given an extended chance in north London.
There has been talk of another loan in Spain this summer with Conte well stocked with options, but Everton could try to introduce Gil into the negotiations for Gordon if they like what they have seen so far. Of course, it would be a big bet considering the 21-year-old only played nine appearances in the League during his debut season in the top English category.
