Game Battle Royale based on multiplayer platforms Fall Guys has reached an important new milestone after its release as a free game on June 21st.
The announcement comes via Fall Guys’ official Twitter page in a post that says, “We’ve reached 20 million amazing players in the first 48 hours of Free For All!” as Mediatonic also thanked all the players.

Fall Guys originally released on PS4 and PC in 2020, and the game set a Guinness World Record for becoming the most downloaded PlayStation Plus game of all time. The game hit the Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles on June 21 coinciding with its release as a free title.
Since then, the title has received a steady stream of updates and new content, including a variety of different crossover costumes, with the game currently in its seventh season overall. Fall Guys has Hello There will also be a crossover event soon, which will run from June 30 to July 4. Includes a range of Inspired by halo costumes, including a Grunt, a Brute Chieftan and a Master Chief.
NME awarded Fall Guys a four out of five star rating, which reads: “Fall Guys is a casual, chaotically original version of Battle Royale with roots that go back to the funny, messy, and harmless TV shows of yesteryear. It’s as much fun as it is crazy, and it’s always a pleasure to go on for another round. “
