A man was taken to hospital after being stabbed in Steinbach on Thursday night.
The Manitoba RCMP says the incident on Block 300 on 3rd Street was reported around 8:20 p.m.
Officers arrived to find a 29-year-old man who had been stabbed several times. Teams believe the man was assaulted after meeting another man. Police said the suspect did not remain at the scene and has not been arrested.
The 29-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries but did not endanger his life.
