Nintendo has just added four more games to the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive app for the Switch Online Expansion Pack service. Here’s what you’ll get, along with a look.
Recent additions include Comix Zone, Target Earth (Assault Suits Leynos), Zero Wing and Mega Man: The Wily Wars.
MEGA MAN: THE WILY WARS includes the first three games in the popular Mega Man series, compiled for SEGA Genesis! Wily’s mechanical minions are loose and Mega Man must defeat a group of master robots to win the day. Overcome all three games to unlock the Wily Tower, where you can challenge a new boss.
In Comix Zone, he lives an action game in an environment based on American comics, with superhero enhancers and intense fighting moves. Comic artist Sketch Turner finds himself lost in the Comix Zone, a world of comics created by his own creation, and has to fight mutants to escape, panel by panel.
Zero Wing is a side-scrolling classic created by Toaplan, a developer of popular arcade games. Cats, the leader of a gang of space pirates, is terrorizing the galaxy. He pilots the only remaining attack ship on the Milky Way and deploys Valcan shots, lasers and guiding missiles to stop him and his buccaneers, for great justice!
In Target Earth, enemy Chron cyborgs are attacking Earth and its space bases! Fight through eight different action-packed levels of exciting mechanical suit platforms and customize your gear by winning teams based on your performance. Will you be able to save the planet and discover the true legacy of Chron?

To play these games on your Switch, you’ll obviously need to have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription and a subscription at the higher priced expansion pack level.
