Sony’s odd-looking Bluetooth headsets contain a ring-shaped speaker with a hole in the middle that allows the sound of the outside environment to be user-conscious.

You can always trust your phone if you can’t afford smart watches!

Using your phone’s GPS to track your pace and distance is the cheapest option. Google Fit, MapMyRun, Strava and lots of other integrated and third-party applications are among the options.

You can also use a chest strap heart monitor with a mobile app to record your heart rate, with versions of Garmin, Wahoo, Polar Beat and more.
