After completing his move to Chelsea from Manchester City early today, he went straight to work for Raheem Sterling in Los Angeles.
The England international, who has joined Chelsea on a five-year contract, took part in his first training session with his new team on Wednesday morning at our summer training camp in LA.
Sterling was introduced to his new teammates by head coach Thomas Tuchel before heading straight to work under the California sun.
