Goals on a tight budget include Gabriel Jesus from City, Everton Richarlison and Dominic Calvert Lewin, Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo, Adam Hlozek from Sparta Prague and Youri Tielemans from Leicester. It is likely that Victor Osimhen of Naples is out of reach. Brazilian winger Marquinhos and American goalkeeper Matt Turner are already signed. Juventus have an interest in defender Gabriel.

There has been talk of Manchester United’s Dean Henderson and Middlesbrough winger Marcus Tavernier.
BRENTFORD
Thomas Frank wants two sides with rhythm and power, two sides that can alternate and a striker who has rhythm but holds the ball.
Keeping Christian Eriksen would be a coup, but he also has an interest in Everton and the Spurs. Bologna’s Aaron Hickey, also loved by Arsenal, and Shakhtar’s Ukrainian winger Mykhaylo Mudryk are among the targets.
Christian Eriksen has been great for Brentford and it would be a coup to keep him going

CHELSEA
Thomas Tuchel wants two new central and two lateral. Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol is a prominent figure with Sevilla’s Joules Kounde and Villarreal’s Pau Torres, while Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen are leaving, while Barcelona’s Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta are also expected to leave.

Keeping Marc Guehi, who has an interest in the Spurs and Michael Olise, will be key. Wilfried Zaha’s deal also expires next summer.
EVERTON
Everton want a fast, dominant center to avoid another flirtation with relegation, but are unlikely to be able to spend much. James Tarkowski, Conor Coady of the Wolves and Levi Colwill of Chelsea are on his list, while two midfielders are also required, one defensive and one from box to box.
Frank Lampard also needs a striker with Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin attracting interest. Selling the rest could be difficult.
Richarlison is attracting interest from other places and Everton will be willing to keep it

More cash could arrive if the San Francisco 49ers push for an early takeover.
Brenden Aaronson will join Leeds and they also want to add another midfielder
LEICESTER
Brendan Rodgers wants at least three signings that will go straight to his starting lineup, but they will have to sell first. Caglar Soyuncu, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ayoze Perez and Arsenal target Youri Tielemans could be sold.

Another goalkeeper wants to push Allison and Kelleher in addition to coverage on the right wing with Trent Alexander-Arnold potentially moving in the middle of the field below. Aberdeen’s Calvin Ramsay likes it though a little raw. The latter is also of interest to Bayern Munich.
The Reds are ready to let go of Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, while striker Divock Origi is ready for AC Milan.
MANCHESTER CITY
With courage, they have already signed Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund for 51 million pounds and are prioritizing a replacement for Fernandinho.
They will consider another attacking midfielder and the competition as a left winger. Leeds Kalvin Phillips, Matheus Nunes of Sporting de Lisbon and Marc Cucurella of Brighton are all on his list, but ratings will determine who enters. Raheem Sterling is interested in Chelsea, among others.

Erik Ten Hag’s priority is a midfielder and a striker with a “disciplined” budget of around £ 80 million, plus what he can generate through sales. SOUTHAMPTON
Crucial window for Ralph Hasenhuttl. A replacement for Fraser Forster is required, a Spurs winger, a center-back, two wingers who can alternate sides and a striker. He may face battles to keep defender Mohammed Salisu and captain James Ward-Prowse out, while the end of Armando Broja’s loan for Chelsea will feel very serious. Stuttgart’s Sasa Kalajdzic and Angers striker Mohamed Ali Cho are admired.

Declan Rice is likely to keep the price at London Stadium.
