“I heard the noise and my daughter told me what had happened. Immediately someone started doing CPR for her.
“He landed in the line in front of us, I was trying to protect the kids from this; I thought he was dead.
“I was only four years old at the end of the line, and since I’m a pharmacist, I thought I’d do my best to help.
“When someone started doing CPR I ran up the stairs, but I had to run down two main stairs to get someone.
“The security guys were basically outside the Ibrox and I took one of them by the hand and said, ‘Quick, you have to come, someone has fallen.’
“They ran and followed me and finally there were about six security people working with him.”

“Everyone was trying to help each other. Sometimes you see videos of things like this and people with phones are standing around filming it, but there was none of that.
