Heidi Montag is pregnant with her and Spencer Pratt’s second baby.
“I couldn’t be more excited,” the 35-year-old expectant student of The Hills told Us Weekly on Wednesday.
“I don’t know who I’m most excited about: me or Gunner or Spencer,” he said, referring to the couple’s 4-year-old son, Gunner.
“I just felt like something was missing. I felt like we were missing a person in our family for whom we had this intense love. And I kept praying for it.”
MTV personalities became parents in October 2017 and initially struggled to conceive a brother for Gunner.
Montag even had surgery in August 2021 to improve her chances of getting pregnant.
The “Superficial” singer documented her hysteroscopic polypectomy procedure via YouTube at the time, telling her subscribers she hoped to conceive “right away.”

“I can have sex in two days and I’m ovulating, so I hope this is the time,” she said during the live broadcast. “I don’t have cramps and the anesthesia felt really good.”

Six months later, Montag was filmed eating raw liver. He went to snack on the bison heart in March.
“I’ve been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half. I’m willing to try different things,” she told People at the time of the “big source of nutrients.”

“I’ve been amazing with this diet. I’ve had a lot more energy, clarity, increased libido and overall improvement in chronic pain.”
Montag previously closed rumors of a pregnancy in February 2021 after being photographed in a bikini.
“No, I’m not pregnant yet. Just a little overweight,” she tweeted at the time. “Wow, disgusting people who say I need to lose weight … goodbye. Lost troll. So sick of negativity. I feel good about myself.”
Now that she is waiting, Montag admitted on Wednesday that she is experiencing “some nerves” over the arrival of baby number 2.
“It will be a great fit for all of us,” he told the magazine. “I have a child to wake up with, take care of him and I will have the baby. So it will be a great juggling act. “
