Blizzard has unveiled the Diablo Immortal release roadmap (opens in a new tab) before its full release on June 2, which, if you haven’t heard, will hit PC after all (opens in a new tab), in addition to mobile devices. You can pre-download Diablo Immortal for PC right now, via Battle.net, and check out the handy chart to see when it will start right. A single account will work on both PCs and mobile devices.
Keep in mind that this is an open beta, so it’s not the finished game, but it seems pretty extensive anyway and will move on to the main game. It’s free to play, but it has microtransactions. “When the PC version comes out of the open beta period, all the progress and purchases you’ve made will be maintained,” says Blizzard.
These are the minimum requirements for Diablo Immortal on PC, where you will also have “Ultra” graphics settings:
- Operating system: Windows® 7 / Windows® 8 / Windows® 10 / Windows® 11 (64-bit)
- CPU: AMD FX-8100 or Intel Core i3
- GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 460, ATI Radeon ™ HD 6850 or Intel® HD Graphics 530
- Memory: 4 GB of RAM
A wide range of drivers are also supported, from Xbox One and various Sony Dualshocks and DualSense drivers to Logitech gamepads and Nintendo Switch Pro drivers.
You can read the full roadmap on the Blizzard news site. It’s hard to say how partial or complete collapse of Blizzard’s reputation over the last three years will affect Diablo Immortal, which has years of bad reputation.
