Lifting the cap on skilled migration has been one of the big points of consensus at the Jobs and Skills summit so far and Home Secretary Clare O’Neil will lead two panels on migration today.
He says it is a balancing act and that increasing the rate of skilled migration must be combined with a discussion on housing.
