The GUNNIR Arc A380 Photon is the first Intel Arc ‘Alchemist’ custom graphics card to hit the market. The graphics card has debuted in the Chinese market, but its price has left us a little worried.

The GUNNIR graphics card is a custom design that includes two fans, which are responsible for cooling the GPU and all the hottest components. This model comes with a small factory OC of up to 2450 MHz and a TDP increased to 92 W (from the default 75 W).
The price in the JD store is about 3999 RMB (595 USD) with VAT. This offer is currently unavailable as the item is out of stock.
Interestingly, Intel has confirmed that the launch of the Arc A380 desktop graphics card in June is limited to prebuilt systems. However, this graphics card is sold separately and JD would be the only retailer to have it for sale in the territory.
The arrival of the A380 graphics card or any of Intel’s Arc series will arrive in the West today, as manufacturing partners announce their own custom models.
Does the $ 595 price tag for a graphics card that works like an RX 6400 seem competitive? We don’t believe it, but we hope it has a lower price as more alternatives become available.
