The iQOO Neo6 and iQOO Neo6 SE recently debuted in China and are now beginning their global journey. India is the first stop and comes with its own plot twist: the global phone will be called iQOO Neo6, but it will have hardware identical to the Neo6 SE.
The phone comes with a 6.62-inch AMOLED E4, manufactured by Samsung with Full HD + resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10 + support. Inside is a Snapdragon 870 chipset with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage.
The 64 MP main camera on the back includes OIS, and next to it are 8 MP ultrawide + 2 MP macro shots. The front has a single 16 MP camera inside a hole.
One of the key selling points of this iQOO Neo6 is the 80 W FlashCharge support for the 4,700 mAh battery.
The vivo-owned brand has evolved beyond its gaming roots, but it still has some performance-related features that some mobile gamers will appreciate. The phone has a cascading cooling system that is a huge steam chamber (2,396mm square), a 5-layer 3D graphite cooling board, dual stereo speakers and 4D gaming vibration with X-Axis linear motor.
Other highlights include Funtouch 12 in addition to Android 12, Bluetooth 5.2, and Dolby Hi-Res certification for audio setup.
The iQOO Neo6 launches today in two colors: Dark Nova and Cyber Rage, which are essentially blue-green and aqua-purple-pink gradients. The base 8/128 GB version costs INR 29,999 ($ 385), while the 12/256 GB level is INR 33,999 ($ 440).
