Jackie O shed beans on an awkward encounter in which she participated with a legendary Australian actor on the air today.
It started when Jackie’s co-presenter, Kyle Sandilands, took a moment to publicly wish The castle starring Michael Caton a happy 79th birthday during this morning’s show on KIIS, calling him a “legend”.
Jackie was more apprehensive in praising the actor and told Sandilands that “you just need a bad experience, right?”.

He revealed that the incident took place at the ephemeral Australian People’s Choice Awards, which were held for just two years, in 1998 and 1999. The confrontation happened when Jackie O married her first husband, a former companion in the air. – presenter “Ugly” Phil O’Neil (the couple married in 1994 when she was 19, but they separated in 1999).
“We loved it The castle. At the next party, Phil goes and buys a bottle of red wine and takes it to Michael Caton. He tells me, “Dude, I just love you and what you do, and I wanted to give you that bottle of wine.” He said, “No, thank you.” So Phil came back with the bottle of wine, ”he stated.
