Johnny Depp’s value is skyrocketing after his defamation suit with ex-wife Amber Heard.
The iconic 59-year-old accessory hands of Tim Burton’s 1990 classic “Edward Scissorhands” took double his estimated monetary value after his outstanding court victory earlier this month.
The scissors Depp wore as the main character in the film have sold for $ 81,250, almost double the price that souvenir experts thought they would go to auction, TMZ reported on Wednesday.
Propstore, an auction company specializing in film collectibles, previously announced that the sale would begin on June 21 and run until the end of this week.
Other collectibles that will be put into action in the near future include Depp’s motorcycle from the 1990 John Waters Camp Festival “Cry Baby”. The 1955 K model goes under the hammer of Kruse GWS Auctions, which set the initial bid at $ 250,000.

The recent auction also promoted Marvel’s “Thor” hammer, which sold for a staggering $ 162,500, as well as Tom Hank’s legendary Wilson ball from “Castaway.” This hot commodity cost a staggering $ 187,500.
Meanwhile, Depp obtained $ 10 million in compensatory damages and $ 5 million in punitive damages from a jury against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
Heard, 36, could also be charged after the trial. It is rumored that the actress “Aquaman” will soon write a book of revenge, although these reports have not yet been confirmed.

“Amber thinks her Hollywood career is over. She’s already in talks and excited,” a source told OK! Magazine on Tuesday. “Right now, she has nothing to lose and she wants to say it all.”
However, more potential lawsuits could arise from the book, an online expert revealed.
“Depp and his lawyers will read and hear everything Heard says,” author Dror Bikel told OK! “If he crosses the line, which is likely, he will no doubt be hit with another defamation suit and will end up in court again.”
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor also issued a warning yesterday, in which he said that there were impostors posing as him on social media.
In a long Instagram story, she wrote, “I’ve noticed that there are fake accounts that pretend to be me or people who work with me.”
“I do not have a private or secondary account on any platform. These are the only pages that I and my team manage where we share updates and communicate,” he added.
He continued: “I urge you to be careful, as these fake accounts seem to be relentless. My team is working to combat the problem. Thank you for your continued support and for making this issue known to me! Love and respect, JD X.
