Jürgen Klopp is aware of the whispers. He has heard the whispers about Liverpool’s midfield, has taken up concerns and is no stranger to what would make doubters become believers again. For many fans, it’s the arrival of Jude Bellingham. There is, however, a problem.
“He’s not in the market, so that’s the first problem with this player,” the Liverpool coach said. “Well, the only problem with this player!”
Borussia Dortmund are poised to hear offers from Bellingham, 19, next summer, with the English international’s valuation already set at no less than £ 101 million.
It remains to be seen whether the eventual size of the quota becomes an obstacle in 12 months, although in the meantime Klopp does not share publicly
