Prince William and Kate previously acknowledged the wave of comments about Louis’ behavior on the queen’s platinum jubilee in an Instagram post.
Four-year-old Louis proved to be the main attraction on several occasions over the weekend, repeatedly throwing comic faces and even silently silencing his mother as they watched the celebrations unfold.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took to Twitter on Monday to praise the efforts of everyone involved in the event, with a small glance at Louis’ fury.
“What a fantastic weekend of celebrations. Seeing people from all over the country reuniting with family, friends and loved ones has been very special, ”they wrote.
“Thanks to everyone who thanked The Queen and her inspiring 70 years of leadership. From the crowds at the mall to the street party communities across the country, we hope you have a week to remember.
“We all had an amazing time, especially Louis.”
