Troubled Katie has been warned that she faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison today, after pleading guilty to breach of a restraining order.
Price had been banned from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly under the five-year restraining order imposed in June 2019.
She was also fined £ 415 for directing an “abuse roll” at Michelle during a row in the school yard.
Earlier this week, Katie, 44, was seen watching her sister Sophie marry her partner Harry Brooks alongside her family and friends.
She was joined by her children Harvey, 20, Junior, 17, Princess, 14, Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, as well as her mother, Amy, 64.
It is said that the media personality begged her little sister to advance her big day in case they put her behind bars.
In January, she sent a message to ex-husband Kieran Hayler in which she called her new partner, Michelle Penticost, a “gutter scum.”
Price last month admitted the indictment to Lewes Crown Court in a grand twist, after previously denying it in magistrates’ court.
Katie opted for a crown court trial that would have resulted in a higher sentence and a jury trial when she appeared at Crawley Magistrates Court in April.
Judge Stephen Mooney told him: “It is clear that you have accepted responsibility for a crime and pleaded guilty while you were on a suspended sentence, which means you run the risk of going to jail.
“I will need to know the relevant parts of the background to consider which phrase should be appropriate.

The reality star spent 12 hours in police custody after being arrested at her muddy mansion in January for texting.
Katie sent a message to Kieran, “Tell your bitch, shit piece, girl don’t start me,” before saying “shit.”
He faces up to five years in prison when he returns for his sentence, as he already had a 16-week suspended sentence.
Katie was also charged with speeding with her BMW on a 60 mph highway and will appear in court for the crime in a separate hearing in July.
It was only 11 days before he started the flash engine in a breathalyzer crash on September 28, leaving it completely destroyed.
He was already banned from driving when he got behind the wheel after drinking cocaine and drinking vodka and lemonade.
A judge criticized her for believing she was “above the law,” but could not send her to jail because of a legal breach.

Despite her legal problems, a confident Katie is thinking she’s already “packing for her vacation,” as she insists she “won’t go to jail.”
We exclusively revealed how Katie was scheduled to fly Friday for her sixth trip abroad with fiancé Carl Woods if he escapes from prison.
A source told The Sun: “Katie tells everyone she’s packing for a holiday, not in jail! She’s buying her holiday wardrobe.
“She believes she will walk free like every other time she’s been to court. She’s not acting like someone facing jail time.”
