Glamorous model Katie Price has arrived at Lewes Crown Court, where she must be convicted of violating a restraining order.

She arrived, Friday morning, in an all-green dress grabbing the arm of her fiancé Carl Woods.

He heard Price say “Suck me the ***” as he passed the reporters, one of whom asked him about the possibility that he could go to jail.

Price, 44, had appeared in Lewes Crown Court on May 25, where she was accused of harassing Michelle Penticost, the partner of her ex-husband Kieran Hayler, in January this year.

She was banned from contacting Ms Penticost under a five-year restraining order imposed on Horsham Magistrates Court on June 3, 2019.

Price was also fined £ 415 in 2019 for throwing an “abuse roll” at Mrs Penticost in a school yard.

He then broke the terms of his court order by indirectly contacting Ms. Pentecost in a text message to Mr. Hayler.

It was thought to have been sparked by an Instagram post from Mrs. Pentecost, Price’s message said, “Tell your shit, girl, don’t start me.

“He has a restraining order, so I shouldn’t try to antagonize me because he’s infringing and I’m sure he doesn’t want people to know I was having an affair with you on my back. That channel shit.

During his hearing last month, Judge Stephen Mooney warned that Price warned the former glamor model that she risked going to jail for violating the terms of the restraining order.

He said: “It is clear that you have accepted responsibility for this crime and that you indirectly tried to communicate to Ms Penticost despite her restraining order against you.

“I must warn you, Mrs. Price, that you run the risk of going to jail.”

The crime carries a prison sentence of up to five years, Price warned.

Nicholas Hamblin, who defended Price, said he had been “subject to various conditions” at the time of the crime and suggested he had suffered problems related to his mental health.

When he broke the restraining order, Price was serving a 16-week suspended prison sentence for an alcohol stroke near his home in Sussex when he had no insurance and no valid license.

Price will return to court next month when he is accused of speeding.
