Browns coach Kevin Stefanski faced questions Wednesday about new allegations against quarterback Deshaun Watson. Stefanski repeatedly said he would let the process unfold.

“We’re here to make sure we do a good practice. The boys have done a good job today,” Stefanski said in a video from Cleveland 19. “I won’t comment beyond that. I’ll be respectful of the process, respectful of judicial proceedings ”.

The New York Times reported Tuesday that Watson booked massage dates with at least 66 women for 17 months. Twenty-four of these women have filed a lawsuit against Watson.

“For me, I will be respectful of the investigation, of the court proceedings,” Stefanski said. “I’ll let this run.”

The NFL is conducting an independent investigation and Watson is facing possible discipline under the Personal Behavior Policy. League researchers previously interviewed Watson in Houston.

Stefanski was asked if he cared that the matter could last the team all season.

“With anything, we’re trying to focus only on today,” Stefanski said. “I can’t see the past today, really. That’s where my focus is.”
