But a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight said the end came because “the spark between them” “went out.”
Kardashian thinks the former Saturday Night Live star is “so sweet, but she didn’t feel ready for something serious with him.”
The source added: “They had tons of chemistry, and still do, but she wants to be single and date. Kim still adores Pete and will always be friends with him. She still thinks he’s the nicest, sweetest man in the world. world and now there is no drama or anything strange between them.”

Another source confirmed the end of their affair on Friday, saying: “Pete and Kim split. The distance has been hard and things were starting to fade…Pete being away for so long was hard for them. Kim is fine and knows she has a lot going on. Pete has been very busy as well.”
The former couple connected on the set of SNL while Kardashian was hosting, and even shared a kiss in a sketch starring Disney’s Aladdin and Jasmine. Although it seemed like a casual relationship at first, they had recently made more public appearances, even attending the Met Gala together.
