UPDATE 12:35 p.m.
Work teams have begun the process of removing debris from under the KLO bridge and traffic has been intermittently closed due to the work.

The KLO Bridge seems to have some problems due to the high flow of the stream as the rain continues to fall.
The video sent by the viewer shows several pieces of rubble, including large poles and branches that obstruct a section under the bridge.
The water level of the stream seems to be a few inches from reaching the bridge.
The River Forecast Center issued high-flow warnings on Monday through Okanagan, Boundary and Similkameen, and similar warnings are maintained for the Thompson region and the entire Fraser River corridor from Quesnel in the south to the Pacific.
Central Emergency Operations reminds residents to stay away from streams and fast-moving streams.
