Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson wasn’t kidding when he said he added muscle this offseason.

During the Ravens ’mandatory minicamp, Jackson said he has typically weighed between 205 and 208 pounds during his NFL career, but that he has been hitting weights this offseason and is now 220 pounds.

“I just wanted to do it. Look at how I look, how I feel and how good I feel,” Jackson said.

This week Jackson posted the test on social media, with a photo of him wearing a sleeveless t-shirt that has gone viral due to his evidence that Jackson is hitting weights hard. Even DK Metcalf asked Jackson if he could borrow a biceps.

Ravens quarterbacks coach James Urban likes what he sees.

“Physically, it looks impressive,” Urban said. “This is a game created for big, strong, fast men. I think he’s ticking three of those squares right now.”
