Evangelista posted a whimsical photo of her with several hats and several bags for Fendi on Saturday. The publication promotes a September 9 fashion show, marking a milestone for the design brand.

Evangelista, who peaked in popularity in the 1990s, revealed last September that she was “brutally disfigured” by the so-called fat-freezing procedure called CoolSculpting. Instead of losing fat, she said, she developed lumps on her thighs, abdomen and chin, leaving her “permanently deformed” and “recluse.”
Evangelist, who honored hundreds of magazine covers and starred in George Michael’s play “Freedom! The ’90s music video said she was diagnosed with “paradoxical adipose hyperplasia,” a rare side effect of CoolSculpting that she said was not noticed.
