Just like any other Pokemon game, Pokemon Violet and Scarlet will have version-exclusive Pokemon that you can only catch in one game or the other.
Splitting up Pokemon by game can make deciding which one to buy a difficult (or maybe easy) decision, so to make sure you pick up the version that suits your tastes best, we’ve compiled a list of all the confirmed Pokemon. just being in one game or the other.
In addition to the exclusive Pokemon version, there are some other exclusives for each game, such as school uniforms and teachers. Pokemon Scarlet will have Professor Sada and orange uniforms, and Pokemon Violet will have Professor Turo and purple uniforms. Professor Sada’s outfit has prehistoric elements and Turo’s has futuristic elements, so there might be some other exclusives that haven’t been announced yet.
So far only a few Pokemon have been confirmed as exclusive releases, but we’ll update this post as more are announced.
