People from Northern Ireland will take to the streets of Belfast today for the Northern Ireland Centennial Parade.
More than 20,000 people, more than 130 bands and brothers from across the Grand Lodge of Ireland jurisdiction will take part in the event celebrating the creation of Northern Ireland.
The parade was scheduled to take place in 2021, but was canceled due to the Covid pandemic.

From 1pm, participants will travel from Stormont to Belfast Town Hall, with the last band leaving at 4pm and expected to arrive in the city center around 5.30pm.
From 10:30 a.m., there will also be a food village, family activities and entertainment on the Stormont grounds.
Police say they will have a day-to-day traffic management plan. However, delays and diversions are expected across Belfast from Saturday morning to Saturday evening. Drivers should allow extra time for their journeys.
The route will take you to City Hall via Upper Newtownards Road, Lower Newtownards Road, Bridge End, Queen Elizabeth Bridge, Ann Street, Victoria Street, High Street, Castle Place, Donegall Place, Donegall Square North and Donegall Square West.
