Jurgen Klopp has no plans to go back on his word and buy a new player despite Liverpool starting the season with a mini injury crisis.
Liverpool face Fulham on Saturday and will be without six players, including defender Ibrahima Konate and striker Diogo Jota.
Konate could be sidelined for more than a month while Jota, who signed a new contract this week, is still not in full training.

Jurgen Klopp refuses to overreact and says he has no plans to sign new players.
Konate’s injury means Klopp will not allow Fulham’s £12m centre-back Nat Phillips to leave just yet.
However, the Liverpool manager does not believe the solution to his problems lies in new recruits.
“We have too many injuries, it’s true,” Klopp said. ‘But at the moment nothing has changed (in terms of new signings).
‘(It started) with Caoimhin (Kelleher) and Diogo, almost one got injured and another got injured again.

“With Diogo it was a bit too soon, in a few weeks they will be back but they have missed pre-season and that is not great.
‘Ibou (Konate) in a challenge in the match against Strasbourg, what happened there we have to see how long it will take but he is out for a while. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, too.
“Kostas (Tsimikas) is out on the pitch and could be ready to train next week. Curtis Jones, we caught it early but we still have to be careful.
It has been argued that Liverpool need a midfielder, but Klopp said: “We can’t solve a problem we have for four weeks with a year-long transfer. But the window is still open and we’ll see. But the plans are not go in this direction’.
