The RNC say the body of a 32-year-old Wabush man has been located following the search for a missing boater in Labrador West.
RNC were called for assistance around 6:10 p.m. Thursday after a boat capsized on Canning Lake in Lab City, throwing three people into the water.
Two of the occupants of the boat were located safe and sound but one of the boaters did not return to shore.
The man’s body was recovered Friday.

A search is underway for a boater reported missing in the Labrador West region.
RNC were called for assistance around 6:10 p.m. Thursday after a boat capsized on Canning Lake in Lab City, throwing three people into the water.
Two of the occupants of the boat were located safe and sound but one of the boaters is still unaccounted for.
The missing person has not been located, and search efforts involving multiple emergency services are underway.
Police are asking residents to avoid the area at this time.
