31-year-old Guelph man charged with public indecency and failure to comply with probation order
A 31-year-old Guelph man is charged with public indecency after a woman told police a man masturbating followed her through a downtown park Wednesday morning.
The alleged incident happened at Goldie Mill Park in the area of Cardigan Street and Norwich Street East, according to a police press release, which says it was reported around 10 a.m.
Officers used photographs provided by the victim to identify the suspect, who was located shortly after 7pm by officers responding to an unrelated call in the downtown area.
In addition to the indecent act charge, the suspect faces a charge of breaching a probation order.
